CTC CROSB Disability Support Services

Supporting people with a disability in the communities of the South Burnett

CROSB was established by an active group of families of people with a disability in 2002. They were seeking alternatives to support options traditionally available in the South Burnett region and were successful in establishing a small respite service, based in Kingaroy.

South Burnett CTC Inc has acted as the auspice and managed the service ever since, actively seeking the input and feedback of the people with a disability who use our services, families and other supporters, to steadily grow.

In 2011, CROSB Disability Support Services provides a range of in-home and other community based services which are tailored to the preferences and needs of the people who use our services. It is our aim to provide support which promotes a quality of life through community belonging and participation, independence and meaningful social roles.

Currently CROSB provides individualised support which enables community access, and participation for people with a disability aged from 0-65 years.

All support is provided to the preferences and goals of service users and aims to contribute to a normal and natural pattern of life in the community and the resilience of families, carers and other supporters.
