Our Commitments To Jobseekers

If you're a jobseeker, CTC Employment Services are dedicated to serving your needs as promptly and efficiently as we can. We know that searching for employment can sometimes be stressful and we want to help. Here are the service commitments we live by:

  • We'll give you clear information about what our organisation can do for you, any costs involved, and about other resources in the community that might help you
  • We'll tell you the names of staff members assisting you
  • We'll encourage and support you to ensure you achieve the most appropriate employment outcome
  • We'll ensure that you have access to the resources that will maximize your benefit from our services
  • We'll respect your right to privacy and keep information about you confidential. You can expect to know why information is being collected and what it will be used for. You can be sure that it will not be passed on to anyone without your permission.
  • We'll ask for your views about the service you receive through our customer feedback process, this will ensure continual improvement of our service to you.

  • You'll keep us fully informed of any changes in your circumstances that may affect the services we provide to you
  • You'll participate in developing your Employment Pathway Plan, if required
  • You'll actively work towards achieving your goals
  • You’ll treat our staff with respect & courtesy as shown to you
