When any jobseeker comes to CTC Employment Services we ask them to complete a Registration Form.

This simple 1-page document provides us with basic details about:

• You (i.e. your name, age, address and phone number)
• Your current situation (i.e. whether you're currently in receipt of benefits or not)
• Your employment preferences and...
• The areas of work that interest you

The Registration Form allows us to openly hold your resume and personal details and assists to locate employers who'd be interested in meeting you. The information we request on this form is the minimum we need to provide both you and potential employers with a professional service.

All the same - in accordance with our Privacy Policy - we'd like to stress that the information you provide to us on this form is held in complete confidence.

It won't be shared with anyone else - including potential employers - without your informed consent and express permission.

Completing The Form

Most job seekers complete the Registration Form in conjunction with their initial interview when they first visit us.
