CTC Employment Services: Resume Proforma

In addition to our Registration Form we also require a resume as most employers require a resume from job applicants.

A resume summarises:

  • Who you are (i.e. your name and contact details)
  • Your skills and abilities
  • Your previous employment history
  • Your interests
  • Your educational qualifications and...
  • Referees who can confirm employment details about you
  • Resumes are documents that provide employers with a quick overview of your history and abilities. They don't need to be overly long or elaborate. But they do need to list the core data that any employer will want to know about you.

    Resumes are also - by their very nature - documents that are intended to be distributed publicly to potential employers.

    Completing The Form

    Some jobseekers already have a current resume which meets all the requirements employers need and they provide us with a copy when they attend their initial interview. This allows us to begin circulating their information to potential employers as quickly as possible.

    But if you don't have a current resume, our Resume Proforma allows you to assemble one quickly and easily!

    This simple 4-page document covers all the key items that should be in any resume and it's so important that if any job applicant doesn't have a current resume, we ask them to complete the resume proforma when they visit us.
