If you're an employer, CTC Employment Services are dedicated to serving your needs as promptly and efficiently as we can. Here are the service commitments we live by:

  • We'll treat you in a professional manner
  • We'll address your needs quickly and efficiently
  • We'll only refer job seekers to you who possess the skills, experience and personal qualities you've requested
  • We'll provide the following services when filling the vacancies you lodge with us:
    • Screening all potential job seekers to ensure they meet the essential criteria you've specified
    • Agreeing on times to contact you to discuss applicant details and arrange suitable interview times
    • Agreeing on times to review progress on filling the vacancy
    • Vacancy advertising on the CTC Job Board, the Australian Job SearchDatabase, local media and noticeboards (additional advertising if requested on a cost recovery basis)
    • Faxing or e-mailing resumes of suitable applicants to you
  • We'll return your telephone enquiries within an agreed time
  • We'll provide progress reports to you within 24 hours of vacancy lodgement
  • We'll give you clear information about our organisation, our services, and any costs involved if appropriate (usually our services are free)
  • We'll ensure that you know the names and roles of all staff assisting you
  • We'll respect your right to privacy and will keep your information confidential. You can expect to know why information is being collected and what it will be used for. You can be sure that it won't be passed on to anyone without your permission
  • We'll ask for your views about the service you receive
  • You'll have access to a customer feedback procedure so we are constantly improving our service for you

In return for our services, we ask for the following simple commitments from any employer who uses CTC Employment Services:

  • To help us to provide you the best possible service we expect that you'll advise us as soon as possible if you alter your selection criteria for any vacancy you've lodged with us
  • To help us to provide you the most efficient service, we request that you'll advise us as soon as you appoint any clients we refer to your vacancies to your staff
  • To ensure we provide the best possible service to you and our jobseeker clients, we request that you'll be prepared to answer our possible inquiries about the progress of any client we've placed with your organisation
  • And to help us to continually improve the quality of our service, we encourage you to give your feedback about the client and the service you've received from us
