CTC Employment Services: Employer Feedback Procedure

CTC Employment Services provides jobseekers with a standardised feedback procedure in accordance with Australia's national Employment Services Industry Code of Conduct.

While we hope you'll never have any reason to complain about any aspect of our services, it's reassuring to know that you can if you wish.

Furthermore the outcome of any complaint will have no bearing whatsoever on the service you receive from us.

The feedback procedure involves these steps:

  • You make your complaint to the member of staff delegated to deal with complaints
  • CTC Employment Services' site manager or our CEO will attempt to resolve your complaint through conciliation immediately
  • We'll seek a mediator to resolve your complaint if you believe this is necessary
  • You can be represented by an advocate of your choice if you wish
