CTC Residential Services are seeking a Full Time Team Leader

In partnership with the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services, CTC Residential Services provides 24/7 residential care for children/young people with complex support needs.

Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day operations of the service, developing and enacting Individual Care Plans (encompassing therapeutic, behavioural, educational and social support needs required to meet goals and build the resilience required for each client's transition back to family or independence) and supervising and mentoring support workers.

Applications will only be considered if they include a resume, referee details and covering letter outlining:-

  • A sound knowledge of the Child Protection Sector and related policy and legislation
  • Experience in working successfully with Indigenous and non-Indigenous children/young people with complex needs
  • Experience in staff management
  • An appropriate level of administrative, organisational and IT skills
  • Availability and flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster and on call
  • Drivers Licence and ability to meet Traffic History, Blue Card for Working with Children and Child Safety Suitability Checks

Relevant qualifications desirable but not essential.
